Who we are
Zilocode is the trading name of Zilo Infotech Private Limited, a company registered in India. We design and build custom software and AI tools for businesses.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, business name, phone number (optional), industry, team size, budget, timeline and the details you write about your project. If you email us, we receive the contents of that email.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and form providers automatically process your IP address and browser details to deliver the site, prevent spam and keep it secure.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.
Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. If a project needs it, we'll agree a secure way to share it first.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To prepare proposals and quotes, and to deliver services if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them where they apply. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

We take sensible technical and practical steps to keep your information safe. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
